Hosted / Software as a Service (SaaS)

Our hosted service gives you a cost-effective, pay as you go option with all the robust capabilities of our installed software. We host your system in our in our datacenter and manage your system with our expert team for fixed monthly fee. Benefits include:

Installed Deployment

Our software can be licensed and installed for companies with the budget and resources to manage a DAM system in house. If you choose a hosted option to begin with, the solution will readily transition in-house when you are ready. Benefits of installed systems include:

  • Assets on site at client location
  • Client has complete control of security protocols and other procedures

Managed Services

ClearStory DAM software is also available as a managed service. The client owns the software license; ClearStory maintains the application and provides for its uptime.  

Hosted Managed Service – Client pays a fixed monthly fee for ClearStory’s facility, application administration resources, bandwidth, monitoring, and redundant network infrastructure.

Installed Managed Service – Client provides a secure VPN access point to their servers. ClearStory monitors the application and performs regular system administration.
