Managed Services
ClearStory DAM software is available as a managed service in two flavors, Hosted and Installed. For both options, the client owns the software license. ClearStory maintains the DAM application and provides for its uptime.Hosted Managed Service – Client pays a fixed monthly fee for ClearStory’s facility, application administration resources, bandwidth, monitoring, and redundant network infrastructure at our state-of-the-art datacenter.
Installed Managed Service – Client provides a secure VPN access point to their servers. ClearStory monitors the application and performs regular system administration.
ClearStory offers two additional DAM deployment options for maximum flexibility.
