Michael Lam
President
Mike comes to ClearStory with over 15 years of technology and operations expertise in mission-critical IT environments. His experience spans corporate development, software development, technology infrastructure analysis, systems design and implementation, and network operations. Mike was named President of ClearStory Systems, Inc. in November 2007 and prior to that was ClearStory’s Vice President, Technical Solutions.
He has held senior management positions with InterQual, McKessonHBOC, insure.com, and Quotesmith.com, where he was instrumental in building technology infrastructure in support of corporate strategic objectives. Mike is a graduate of Clark University.
Eric Guz
Chief Technology Officer
Eric comes to ClearStory Systems with over 15 years of technology experience. He started with WebWare in January 2000 building and supporting the Software as a Service (SaaS) model and the ActiveMedia (AM) 5.x client base. Previous to Eric’s experience with WebWare he was an end user of ActiveMedia’s predecessor MAMBO.
Eric’s involvement with DAM and the core product of ClearStory Systems is reaching the decade mark and going strong. Subsequently, he became involved in the transition from California to Massachusetts and the establishment of the SaaS infrastructure and the support of the 7.x clients. Most recently, Eric was the QA manager and System Administrator-UNIX prior to his promotion to CTO.
William Sheeran
Director, Product Management/Product Marketing
Bill spearheads ClearStory’s product management and product marketing organizations. His current responsibilities include defining product strategy for the company, directing the technical elements of ClearStory’s award winning solutions, managing technology partnerships, and developing the channel.
Bill has a decade of experience working in emerging technologies, supporting technical sales, marketing, and business development organizations for several Enterprise Content Management and Digital Rights Management firms. Bill also has 8 years progressive project management and software development experience, managing corporate IT development teams that designed and deployed client/server applications and systems for a private contract services firm. Bill holds a Bachelors degree in MIS and Finance from University of Massachusetts.
Stephen Smith
Director, Technical Solutions
Stephen comes to ClearStory with over 15 years of technology experience, IT infrastructure management, and client services. He joined the Company in October 2003 when it was INSCI Corp, and has held several positions of increasing responsibility including Network Manager, Network Director and Director of Technical Services. Stephen was instrumental in the design and implementation of Clearstory’s world class Datacenter facilities which host Clearstory’s SaaS product offering. He also leads the client implementation team and acts as the technical liaison for the Clearstory Partner Program.
Before joining Clearstory Systems, Stephen was the Director of Information Technology for Lasell College in Newton, MA.
Stephen holds a Bachelors degree from Stonehill College and is a veteran of the United States Army.
Keith Cruickshank
Controller
Keith comes to ClearStory with over 7 years of accounting experience. He joined ClearStory in October 2006 as Senior Accountant and was promoted to Controller in November 2007. Prior to joining ClearStory, Keith worked for both public and private companies in senior accounting roles.
Keith recently received his M.B.A. from University of Massachusetts, Amherst’s Isenberg School of Management. He received his B.S. in Accounting from Clemson University.

Yaron Eitan
Chairman
Yaron is a partner at SCP, having joined the firm with fifteen years experience in building a number of high tech companies. He is also co-founder, president, and CEO of Selway Partners, LLC, a technology incubator that Yaron founded in 1998 and an SCP portfolio company.
Selway has built five different technology ventures; three of them are now part of the SCP portfolio. Yaron is Chairman of a number of companies including DVTel, Inc., ClearStory Systems, Software Technologies, Inc., The Q Group, and Magnolia Broadband. He also serves as a director of XVionics, Inc. Prior to founding Selway Partners, from 1989 until 1998 Yaron was founder, Chairman and CEO of Geotek Communications Inc., Chairman of the Board of Bogen Communications, Inc., and co-founder of Reshef Technologies Ltd., which he founded in 1984.
Yaron holds an M.B.A. from The Wharton School of Business of the University of Pennsylvania, class of 1984 and a degree in economics from Haifa University.
Mitchell Klein
Mitchell is currently the President of Betapoint Corporation, an investment management company formed in June 1994. Mitchell has served in various senior management positions with Digital Equipment Corporation for nine years after having been President of his own software development and consulting firm.
Mitchell is a graduate of the State University of New York at Albany and holds a Masters of the Arts from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor.
Mitchell previously served as a Director of the Company from June 1997 to June 1998.
Henry F. Nelson
Hank has spent more than 25 years working in technology based companies. He is a Principal of CSSMK a consulting and investment company and was CEO of ClearStory Systems, Inc. until 2007.
Hank joined ClearStory in 2001 as CEO and member of the Board of Directors. Previously, Hank was Chief Operating Officer Practice Works, Inc. He was a founding member of Vitalworks, a SaaS-based medical software company acquired by InfoCure. Hank’s career includes Officer positions with high-tech firms such as InterQual Corporation, McKessonHBOC and VERSYSS.
Thomas G. Rebar
Tom is a partner of SCP and has been with the firm since its inception. He has over 20 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, mergers and acquisitions, and leveraged buyout financing.
He is a director of several companies, including Magnolia Broadband and Pentech Financial Services, Inc. Prior to joining SCP, Tom was a Senior Vice President at Charterhouse Inc., the U.S. investment banking arm of Charterhouse PLC, a leading U.K. merchant bank. At Charterhouse, he was responsible for a broad range of domestic and cross-border transactions including representing companies in the purchase and sale of businesses, rendering fairness opinions and business valuations, assisting companies in raising debt capital, and the placement of private equity.
Before joining Charterhouse, Tom was a member of the corporate finance department at Bankers Trust Company. He received his B.S. summa cum laude from the University of Scranton and his M.B.A. from New York University Graduate School of Business Administration.
Robert G. Yablunsky
Bobby is a business advisor/manager with experience and success in strategic and tactical planning, fund-raising, and business growth and development.
He serves on the Boards of ClearStory Systems, Gift Certificates.com, LetterMatics, sevenEcho, STI, Young Scholars Charter School and the Delaware Valley Industrial Resource Center. He works as a strategic advisor, management coach and business development resource for BIAP, ClearStory Systems, LetterMatics, STI, SCP Partners, sevenEcho, and CIP Capital. Bobby has 20 plus years of business experience with focus in assisting venture capital funding companies invest and manage investments, and technology oriented companies in developing business strategy, planning, financial and operational management and human capital management.
His diverse background includes serving as Director of Native American (Children, Youth and Families) for northeastern Nevada and serving as a VISTA Volunteer providing business advice to the Shoshone Indian Tribe.
Bobby received his B.S. degree from Saint Vincent College and an M.S. degree from Penn State.
